THE JOURNEY
My mom remembers me "cooking" breakfast for Mother's Day since I was 5. Fast forward to today and I graduated from Cooking School, worked in this country biggest hotels, inns, small pubs, golf courses, cafes and even roadhouses.
I have worked in Halifax, Ottawa Region, Northern Ontario, Calgary, Lake Louise, Vancouver, Northern BC and Victoria.
I have learned French, Mexican, Cajun/Creole, Italian, Indian, Mediterranean and even Canadian cuisine.
Eating Taco's from a small grill in Oaxaca or fresh cured salmon in Sweden have thought me a most important lesson. Keep It Simple.
The name to what I do is also simple.
